How To Change Video Background?
Change Your Video Background With Adobe Premiere Pro
Premiere Pro is indeed a very powerful video editing tool.
Here's how you can change your video background:

Open your project in Adobe Premiere Pro and load your video in layer 2.

Go to Effects > Video Effects > Keying.

Drag the Ultra Key effects to your video.

In the effects control, click on the pen tool and click the green/blue area on your screen. Your background will automatically be removed.
Sometimes, the Ultra Key effect does not work the way you pictured it out. For example, when the background is white, this effect may not work. But, don't worry! There is another way!

Import your video in layer 2.

Go to Effects > Video Effects > Keying.

Drag the Color Key effects to your video.

In the effects control, click on the pen tool and click the white area on your screen.

Adjust the color tolerance according to your liking.
In this example, Premiere Pro also removed the white color from VideoTranslator's logo. So, what can you do to fix it?

In the effects control, click on the ellipse or 4-point polygon mask and choose your area. In our case, we want to invert the masked area.
